Yes. Airbit supports data import from:

Airbit offers two integration channels to connect with your existing systems:

• REST API - A comprehensive API that lets you push and pull data programmatically. Ideal for syncing aircraft records, work orders, component status, and compliance data with your ERP, accounting, or custom systems
• Webhooks - Real-time event notifications that trigger your own workflows when specific actions happen in Airbit (new work order created, maintenance completed, AD issued, etc.)

For Enterprise customers, our team will help design and implement custom integrations tailored to your infrastructure.

Yes. All Airbit data is hosted in EU-based data centres. We are fully GDPR compliant and provide data processing agreements (DPA) for all customers.

In addition to our primary infrastructure, we maintain automated cloud-based backups with geographic redundancy. Your maintenance records and compliance data are backed up daily and stored in multiple locations - so even in the unlikely event of a major outage, your data is safe and recoverable.

For organisations with specific data sovereignty requirements, our Enterprise plan offers dedicated infrastructure and regional deployment options.

Airbit pricing is based on the number of aircraft in your fleet:

• Basic - $60 per aircraft per month. Includes core maintenance tracking, compliance dashboard, digital records, and self-service onboarding
• Pro - $100 per aircraft per month. Everything in Basic, plus guided onboarding with a dedicated team, human + AI support, BI insights & analytics, and automated maintenance tracking
• Enterprise - Custom pricing based on your specific requirements. Includes everything in Pro, plus custom integrations, dedicated account manager, and tailored deployment options

Yes - our Enterprise plan includes multiple deployment options:

• On-premise - Full software installation on your own infrastructure with dedicated implementation and training
• Air-gapped / offline - For organisations operating in isolated environments without internet access (military, classified facilities, remote bases). The software runs entirely on your internal network

Note: Some features that rely on external connectivity (such as remote access, cloud backups, and real-time notifications) may be limited or unavailable in fully air-gapped deployments. Our team will assess your environment and configure the system to maximise functionality within your constraints.
